What to Expect During Your KfG Coaching Sessions
Sessions take place over the phone and can be as short or long as you want for up to 45 minutes. We understand that every situation is unique, however, most sessions are structured as follows:
Foundation
During your initial conversation, we will explore the specifics of your situation and discuss your expectations and goals.
Plan
Through our continued discourse, we will discuss opportunities for success through action plans and accountability, both within your personal and professional life.
Action
You will leave each session with an actionable plan to move forward with self-accountability, the tools to explore and foster your own professional development, and the confidence to navigate difficult situations that may arise in the future.

It’s Easy to Get Connected with a Professional Coach
The On-Boarding Process
After your company signs up for on-demand coaching services, one of our coaches will train you and your company how to utilize (and get the most out of!) KfG Coaching.
Connect with Your Coach
You will receive a secure link to sign up for confidential coaching. Schedule a session at a time that’s ideal for you to connect with a coach. You will provide your personal number for the coach to call at your scheduled time. Communication will never be held via company phones or email addresses to ensure we maintain complete confidentiality.
Go Forward with Confidence
At the end of the month, your company will receive a report showing the total number of coaching conversations held. Remember, no names or identifying information will ever be shared with your company. They will also receive a report of topics and trends observed from all of your organization’s coaching conversations, allowing them to monitor additional ways to support you and your team.
