1. Initial Conversation

Schedule a complimentary conversation to learn how on-demand confidential coaching is helping some of the world’s best companies increase employee engagement, productivity and retain their best talent.

2. The On-Boarding Process

We provide coaching for all agreed-upon departments/employees within your organization for a flat rate. One of our coaches will “on-board” and train you and your employees on how to utilize (and get the most out of!) KfG Coaching.

3. Employees Connect with Their Coach

Your employees will receive a secure link to sign up for their confidential coaching sessions. Sessions will be scheduled according to the employees’ desired availability and timeframe. All communication will take place through personal means to ensure complete confidentiality.

4. Go Forward with Confidence

Each quarter your company will receive a report with the total number of coaching sessions, but no identifying information will ever be shared. This report will include key topics and trends providing you the opportunity to identify additional ways to support your team.
